For in stock products - your order will be processed and shipped within 2 full business days (excluding weekends and postal holidays).
Orders are shipped once all products in your order are in stock and processed. If some products are out of stock and will take more than 5 business days to get back instock, we may ship your order in two parts. If this happens there will be no extra cost to you.
Any shipping and handling cost is added to your order total at checkout and is calculated at one charge for all your items in your order.
Domestic USA shipping - We offer USPS First Class Parcel and Parcel Post class for free. First Class generally takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Parcel Post generally takes 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
Domestic USA Priority - We offer USPS Priority shipping at a cost. THe shipping charges are figured based on your order weight plus handling. USPS Priority genrally takes 2 to 4 days for delivery.
International First Class - We offer USPS International First Class shipping to select countries only. International shipment time varies by country. Insternational First Class can take as little as 5 days to a month to arrive. Contact us for an estimate of transit time if you want before you please the order. Our time estimate is not a guarantee, but should be close.
International Priority - We offer USPS International Priority shipping to select countries only. International shipment time varies by country. Insternational Priority can take as little as 2 days to two weeks to arrive. Contact us for an estimate of transit time if you want before you please the order. International Order transit times can also be slowed if your country is slow with customs clearance. We are not responsible for any import costs or duties you have to pay to receive your order. We are not responsible for any products seized by your countries customs. Please make sure you know what is allowed to be shipped into your country before you please an order.
Tracking is used for all orders. International First Class is the only method that is not trackable.
Where is my order? We have found that if you live in an apartment, condo or town house and the package does not fit in your mail box, the post office will often give the package to your management/front office. If your tracking shows it was delivered and you did not receive it, check the office before contacting us.
